Information we collect

Depending on the features available to your account, we may process:

• Authentication and session information, including secure sign-in tokens and browser storage used to keep you signed in.
• Request and security information, such as IP address, date and time, browser or device details, requested pages, and ordinary server and security logs.
• Business requests, such as product search terms and lookup identifiers needed to return authorized inventory, pricing, or other portal information.
• Portal usage information, such as pages or features used, interaction timestamps, session activity, and general usage metrics, when those functions are enabled for an account.

How we use information

We use this information to:

• authenticate users and enforce account-specific access;
• provide requested inventory, pricing, and business information;
• secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the portal;
• respond to support or account requests; and
• meet applicable legal, accounting, and security obligations.

Cookies and browser storage

The portal uses essential first-party authentication cookies and browser storage to maintain a secure session and support account-specific functions. Some portal areas may use first-party browser storage to support security, session status, troubleshooting, and internal usage measurement.

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site behavioral tracking, or session-replay advertising tools. Blocking or deleting essential authentication storage may sign you out or prevent the portal from working.

How information is disclosed

Signature Sales does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may allow service providers to process limited information when needed to host, authenticate, secure, support, or operate the portal and connected business systems. Those providers are expected to use the information only for the services they provide to us.

If Google sign-in is offered and selected, Google processes the authentication information needed to complete that sign-in. Other accounts use an email-and-password sign-in.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Because the portal does not use targeted advertising or sell or share personal information for that purpose, browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change how the portal operates. The practices described in this notice apply regardless of those settings.

Retention and security

Account records are kept while access is active and as reasonably needed afterward for business, security, or legal purposes. Authentication data expires or is cleared when a session ends. Server logs and portal activity records are retained only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and document the service.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect portal information. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices

You may sign out and clear this site's cookies or browser storage through your browser. You may also contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of account information, subject to legitimate business, security, and legal retention needs.
